摘  要:神经纤毛蛋白-1(neuropilin-1,NRP-1)是一种大小约为130~140 kD的非酪氨酸激酶跨膜多功能糖蛋白,在脊椎动物胚胎的神经和心血管系统发育中起重要作用。NRP-1在多种肿瘤组织中呈高表达,以独立或者依赖血管内皮生长因子-2(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGFR-2)的方式调节肿瘤血管的形成及肿瘤细胞的增殖、凋亡和迁移,促进多种实体瘤及血液系统肿瘤的发生和发展,且与肿瘤患者的预后密切相关。本文主要对NRP-1的生物学特征及其在肿瘤发生和发展中的作用进行综述。Neuropilin-1 (NRP-1) is a 130~140 kDa multifunctional transmembrane glycoprotein which does not possess a tyrosine kinase domain. It plays an essential role in neural and cardiovascular development during the process of vertebral embryogenesis. The expression of NRP-1 is high in a variety of tumors. It can regulate neoplastic angiogenesis, the proliferation, apoptosis and migration of tumor cells in an independent or VEGFR-2-dependent way, which contributes to the development of many kinds of solid tumors as well as hematological tumors. Besides it has an intimate relationship with the prognosis of patients with cancer. Here we mainly describe the biological characteristics of NRP-1 and its role in the development of tumor.
