摘　　要：从人力资源管理的角度,引进战略性绩效管理工具,系统分析了当前我国大陆民办高职院校教师绩效管理的现状与问题,在参考美国、英国、德国、澳大利亚等国职业教育教师绩效管理实践的基础上,提出了对民办高职教师实施战略性绩效管理的对策。This article from the perspective of human resource management, introduces the strategic performance management tool and analyses higher vocational college teachers performance management present situation and problems in our country,based on the practice of vocational education teachers performance management reference in the United States, Britain, Germany, Australia and other countries, puts forward the countermeasures of implementing strategic performance management for private higher vocational teachers.
