数字超大规模集成电路中的噪声分析与研究

摘　　要：指出了半导体器件中存在的噪声及其特点 ,并针对当今数字 VLSI(VeryLarge Scale Integrated—超大规模集成 )电路的特点 ,通过计算 ,分析和讨论了各种噪声对数字 VLSI电路造成的影响 .特别指出了随着现代数字 VLSI电路的元器件几何尺寸进一步缩小 ,其内部噪声的影响趋于显著 .In this paper, it have been pointed out that the noises in semiconductor devices and their properties, and analyzed and discussed that various noises affecting on digital VLSI circuit through computing in connection to the characteristics of modern digital VLSI circuits. As the geometric sizes of the components and devices in modern digital VLSI circuits are especially reduced further, the noise influence on the VLSI circuits tends to be remarkable.
