摘　　要：翻译能力的性质和构成对翻译基础研究和提高翻译教学质量都具有重大意义。在翻译能力的定义和本质的基础上,梳理国内外学者对翻译能力的主要观点,以英语教育专业本科学生为主要研究对象,提出了翻译能力的三个方面,即知识、技能和心理素质,并对这三个方面的具体构成进行基础分析。The nature and composition of translation competence has great significance to the basic research of translation and improve the quality of translation teaching. On the basis of the definition and nature of the ability of translation, summary the domestic and foreign scholars mainly views on translation ability, Taking undergraduate students who majoring in English education as the object of study, Proposed three aspects of translation competence, these are knowledge, skills and mentality. And made fundamental analysis of the specific structure of the three aspects.
