摘  要:为改善基于门限逻辑算法的制动防抱系统控制性能,提出了一种工程实用的参考车速自适应算法,利用每个控制循环轮速恢复的峰值修正车身参考减速度。设计了基于门限逻辑的ABS控制算法和控制器。在xPC Target的硬件在环系统中进行了仿真试验,并进行了实车试验和参数整定。试验结果表明,提出的参考车速算法在各种典型工况下适应性好,能准确、快速识别车身减速度,结合门限逻辑控制算法,可将车轮滑移率限制在合理范围内。A practical adaptive algorithm for reference body velocity estimation was proposed to improve the performance of ABS controller based on logic threshold algorithm. Body deceleration was corrected by utilizing the information deduced from peak value of recovered wheel velocity at every control cycle. A controller based on logic threshold algorithm and ABS ECU was developed. The con- troller was tested on HI[. simulation platform based on xPC Target system,and then road tests were carried out to validate the developed algorithms and calibrate control parameters. Experimental results show that ABS controller estimates the body deceleration quickly and correctly, the proposed refer- ence body velocity algorithm is suitable for a variety of typical braking conditions,and slip rate is re- strained to reasonable range by the logic threshold controller.
