摘　　要：目的从揭示社会进步和科技发展,明确我国建立与发展临床药学学科的客观必然性。方法通过对我国经济发展和医药卫生体制改革的探讨,论述目前形势下建设与发展临床药学学科的必要性,阐明有关临床药学、医院药学等相关概念。结果与结论提高对发展临床药学学科建设必要性的认识。AIM To make sure that it is the objective necessity to construct and develop clinical pharmacy disci- pline, by analyzing the requirement of social progress and advancement of science and technology. METHODS By ex- ploring our country＇ s economic development and the health system reform, the necessity of currently constructing and de- veloping clinical pharmacy discipline was discussed. The relevant concepts in clinical pharmacy and hospital pharmacy were clarified. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION With explicit concepts, correct understanding of the necessity of devel- oping clinical pharmacy discipline was enhanced.
