摘　　要：本研究以上海某大学253名商务英语专业在校生和47家用人单位为调查对象,进行了商务英语专业人才需求和培养模式调研。研究通过比较分析调查结果发现,商务英语在校生和用人单位在商务英语毕业生工作岗位需求和商务知识重要性评价上存在较大差异,在英语基本功、商务能力和商务实践课程重要性评价上相对一致。本研究对于改善现有商务英语专业人才培养模式具有不少启示,包括引导学生工作岗位需求、重视英语基本功训练、加强普通用途商务英语教学、打造"双师型"教师队伍、选择时效性强和案例丰富的教材、采用案例教学法等。Taking 253 business English majors from some university at Shanghai and 47 enterprises as the subjects, this study investigates the needs and cultivation pattern of business English majors through questionnaire surveys. It conducts a comparative analysis of the survey results, and shows that there are marked and real differences in their job needs and evaluation of business knowledge. By contrast, both parties attach great importance to English basic skills and give similar evaluation of business skills and business practice courses. Based on the survey results, the study further provides its implications for the improvement of the current cultivation pattern of business English majors, which include relocating students＇ job needs, giving priority to English language skill development, encouraging EGBP （English for General Business Purposes） teaching, increasing teachers＇ English and business skills, using textbooks of updated and sufficient cases, and adopting the teaching method of case study.
