摘  要:随着近年来国外新入职教师流失率的上升,教师动机已日益引起研究者的关注,成为教学与教师研究的一个新兴议题。就其现状而言,教师动机研究基于经典的动机理论,其研究内容主要包括四个方面:教师动机的影响因素、教师动机与学生学习动机的关系、教师动机与教师教学实践的关系,以及不同学科背景下的教师动机。教师动机研究为师资队伍建设、教师专业发展带来了启示,其研究内容、研究方法与研究对象亦有待完善。Recently, the high teacher attrition rate reported in western countries has attracted researchers' attention into research on teacher motivation, and it has become a new issue of research on teaching and teachers. Current studies on teacher motivation are based on classic theories of motivation, and the research areas of teacher motivation could be classified into four categories as follows : factors influencing teacher motivation, relationship between teacher motivation and student motivation, teacher motivation and teaching practice, and teacher motivation research across different disciplines. Although teacher motivation re- search brings enlightenment for the construction of teaching staff and teacher professional development, much needs to be improved in terms of the research content, methodology, and research objects.
