摘  要:以叶蛋白提取率为指标,来优化鲁梅克斯叶蛋白提取工艺,对影响叶蛋白提取率较大的提取温度、液料比和提取时间3因素进行研究。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应曲面法,得到最优提取工艺条件。最优提取条件为:提取温度51.84℃、液料比41.95、提取时间49.88min,此条件下鲁梅克斯叶蛋白提取率为36.34%,实际验证值为36.08%,与估计值较为吻合。The objective of this study was to optimize the extraction condition of leaf protein from Rumex. In order to obtain the high extraction ratio, extraction temperature, liquid-to-solid ratio and extraction time were considered in this experiment. On the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was designed to optimize conditions. The optimum values of the three conditions for improved leaf protein extraction were determined as follows: extraction temperature 51.84 ℃, liquid- to-solid ratio 41.95, extraction time 49.88 min. Under the optimized conditions, the extraction ratio was determined to be 36.34%. The verification value was 36.08%, which was in good agreement with the estimate.
