摘　　要：围绕"商业模式学科都研究什么"以及"研究焦点是如何变化的"这2个问题对商业模式相关文献进行了深入分析,总结出商业模式作为一个新兴学科的发展阶段及每个阶段的主要特征。发现有关商业模式的研究按照时间顺序经历了孕育、构建和应用3个阶段,每个阶段的知识贡献存在差异,文章在总结商业模式学科阶段特征的基础上,梳理出商业模式学科的演进过程。This article deeply analyzes the related ＇ What＇ s the research content？＇ as well as ＇ how stages and stage characteristics of business model ness model have experienced three stages, which literature, revolving the study focus has c as a new discipline. are the inoculation, the time sequence, and the knowledge contribution of each process of business model, on the basis of summarizing the two problems of business model, which are hanged？＇ and summarizes the developmental The paper has found that the studies of busi- the design and the application, according to stage is different.
