摘　　要：在对全日制管理类研究生的培养现状进行分析研究的基础上,着重分析了目前在管理类研究生培养目标、课程设置、导师指导、学术论文质量等方面存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出了提高全日制管理类研究生教育质量的对策,即明确培养目标,合理调整培养方案;实施个性培养与弹性学制;加强导师指导力度;加强学术道德教育;建立多元化的质量标准,健全评估制度,完善质量保证体系;加强学校与企业的联合培养。On the basic of education situation of full-time management class postgraduate, and the paper analyzes the existent main question on education goal of postgraduate, course offered, guide of tutor, the quality of academic dissertation, and proposes the countermeasures of improving full-time management class postgraduate quality of education. That is confirming train objective, adjusting education project rationally; carrying out personality education and flexible educational system; strengthening the guide potency dimension of tutor and learning moral education; seting up diversification quality standard, perfecting assessment system, improving quality assurance system; strengthening the unit train of school and enterprise.
