摘  要:研究了油茶枯中皂素和多糖的综合提取工艺,采用95%乙醇提取皂素,再用水提取多糖。考察了提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数对皂素提取率以及多糖提取率的影响。分别进行正交实验,得到皂素的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度80℃、料液比1∶10、提取次数2次、提取时间1.5h,此时皂素提取率达到97.5%;多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度70℃、提取时间2.5 h、料液比1∶12,此时多糖提取率达到84.6%。The saponin and polysaccharides were extracted from oil- tea camellia seed cake by 95% of ethanol and water respectively, and the influences of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid - liq- uid ratio and extraction times on the extraction rates of saponin and polysaccharides were studied. The extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of saponin were obtained as follows : extraction temperature 80 ℃, solid - liquid ratio 1 : 10, ex- traction times twice, extraction time 1.5 h ; the optimal extraction conditions of polysaccharides were ob- tained as follows: extraction temperature 70 ~C, extraction time 2.5 h, solid -liquid ratio 1: 12. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rates of saponin and polysaccharides were 97.5% and 84.6% respectively.
