摘　　要：脱油后的餐厨废弃物含水率较高,若在干燥前利用机械方式脱除其中的水分,将会有效地降低干燥环节的能耗。通过分析叠螺式脱水机工作机理及在石油污泥脱水中的成功应用,结合餐厨废弃物的物性,论证了将叠螺式脱水机应用于餐厨废弃物脱水的可行性;给出了关键零部件的设计参数,为设计叠螺式餐厨废弃物脱水设备提供参考。The water content ot deoiled kitchen waste is nlgn, if the water in deoiled kitchen waste is removed by mechanical means before drying, the energy consumption in the drying process will reduce effectively. By analyzing the working mechanism of volute dehydrator and its successful application in petroleum sludge dehydration and combining with the physical properties of kitchen waste, the feasibility of the application of volute dehydrator in kitchen waste dehydration was demonstrated, and the design parameters of key components of the ence for the design of volute kitchen volute kitchen waste dehydrator waste dehydrator. were given so as to provide a reference for the design of volute kitchen waste dehydrator.
