蒙医护理和普通护理本科生职业价值观的调查

摘  要:目的了解蒙医护理和普通护理本科生的职业价值观,从而帮助护生建立正确的专业思想,培养高素质的护理人才。方法对我院2010级蒙医护理和普通护理本科生共计114人进行问卷调查。结果蒙医护理本科学生的职业价值观得分前三位依次为人际关系、成就感、利他主义,得分最后三位依次为美感、追求新意、经济报酬;普通护理本科生价值观得分前三位的依次为人际关系、利他主义、成就感,得分最后三位的是经济报酬、美感、追求新意;蒙医护理和普通护理本科学生的职业价值观比较部分有差异。结论蒙医护理和普通护理学生的职业价值观水平较高,但还需要对部分职业价值尺度进行针对性的培养,引导护生热爱护理专业,树立正确的价值观。Objective To learn the occupational values of undergraduates between traditional Mongolian medicine nursing and gen- eral nursing, in order to help the nursing students establish the occupational thought correctly, and develop the high - qualified nursing tal- ents. Methods Questionnaire investigation wais applied for the undergraduates of traditional Mongolian medicine nursing and general nurs- ing, total number was 114. Results The score of the occupational values of undergraduate in traditional Mongolian Medicine Nursing was lis- ted in top three : interpersonal relationship, achievability, altruism, and the last three : aesthetic feeling, the pursuit of new ideas, economic returns; while the score in general nursing undergraduates were listed in top three: interpersonal relationship, altruism, achievability and the last three are economic returns, aesthetic feeling, the pursuit of new ideas. The comparison of occupational values had partially differ- ence. Conclusions Both undergraduates of traditional Mongolian medicine nursing and general nursing have great occupational values, but partial measure values should be developed directly, and guide students to love nursing profession, establish the correct values.
