摘　　要：航运人才是支撑航海事业发展的基础。在航运业快速发展、国际航运人才市场东移及当前我国正在建设国际航运中心的国情下,创新航海教育体系、提高航运人才的综合素质成为我国航海教育的当务之急。文中在分析我国航运人才培养现状,对比欧美、日韩等航运业发达国家航运人才培养体系及培养特色的基础上,总结出对我国专业人才教育体系有借鉴意义的先进实践,并对我国航运人才培养体系提出了诸如通过政产学研相结合完善航运教育体系、重新分配理论学习与实践的权重、开发形式多样的航运人才培养方案以及完善相关从业资格认证制度等建议。Shipping talents are the base of maritime career development.In the internal conditions of shipping industry is developing rapidly,international talent market is shipping to the east and China is building international shipping center.Maritime education system innovation,improving the comprehensive quality of shipping talents become the priority of maritime education in our country.After analyzing present situation of our shipping personnel training,comparing the shipping personnel training system and characteristics in developed countries such as Europe,America,Japan and South Korea,Sums up the advanced practice of professional talent education that has significance to China.Then put forward a few Suggestions such as to perfect shipping education system through combining government,industry,university and research institutions,redistributing the weight of theory study and practice,to develop various forms of shipping talent fostering project,and to perfect relevant qualifications authentication system.
