摘　　要：随着高等教育由精英教育向大众教育的转变,高校的办学规模也迅速扩大,这一方面让更多的同学获得了接受高等教育的机会,但另一方面也让高校管理工作变得极为复杂。在现代大学管理工作过程中部门之间的协作十分重要,在各项工作中教学团队建设、专业建设、专业宣传、学生管理、教学质量、校企合作、服务社会形成了供应链式的发展模式。文中以我国高教现状为背景进行了详细的分析,并针对性的提出了几点建设性的意见,希望对我国高校的长远发展改革有所裨益。With the development of higher education from elite education to popular education transformation,the scale is also expanding rapidly,which allow more students get the opportunity to receive higher education,but on the other hand also let the university management work has become extremely complex.Collaboration between departments of modern university management process is very important,in the work of teaching team construction,professional construction,professional publicity, student management,the quality of teaching,school enterprise cooperation,service society and formed a development model of supply chain.This paper carried out a detailed analysis to China situation of higher education as the background,and puts forward some constructive suggestions,hope to our college to benefit the long-term development and reform.
