摘 要:供应商绩效评价,是供应链合作关系运行的基础,是供应链管理的重要课题,企业必须定期评估供应商的绩效,以期望供应商能实现自己的目的。供应商供货绩效评估时,涉及到多个指标及权重的分配,这些指标间具有相依及回馈的情形,因此分配权重的决定较为困难;此外,由于指标间相互影响,指标间的关联度对评估供应商绩效时也造成了一定的困难。这些常用的方法较为复杂,且受主观因素影响较大,在分配权重时会欠缺一定的公正性。因此,可以使用一种客观、公平的评价方法——总运作成本评价法,即将影响供应商供货绩效的因素成本化。首先选择供货绩效的各种影响因素,然后将影响因素按统一的标准进行量化,计算出总的运作成本,依据总运作成本的高低评选供应商。Evaluation of supplier performance, is an important topic in supply chain management. In order to achieve goals, the enterprise must regularly evaluate supplier performance. When supplier performance is evaluated, it involves in multiple indexes and weight distribution, and these indexes are dependent. So, it is more difficult to dis- tribute weight; in addition, because of the index' s mutual influence, it also causes some difficulties to evaluate suppli- er performance. The commonly used method is more complex and less fair because of subjective factors. Therefore, you can use an objective, fair evaluation methods total operation cost evaluation method, which is to quantify the factors affecting performance of supplier delivery. First, we select various factors to affect the delivery performance, then the influence factors are quantified according to the unified standard, and we calculate the total operation cost. Finally, we can choose suppliers on the basis of the total operation cost.
