摘　　要：专业学位研究生教育在学术性的基础上更加强调职业性,这种职业性能否成功,在很大程度上取决于其与社会的适应度。而提高社会的适用性,一是招考方式要形成自己独特的市场地位;二是院校的层次结构要满足多层次的市场需求;三是建立教育市场的监管机制;四是加强专业和行业的联系与合作;五是突破传统的人才培养模式以适应新时代管理人才的需要。Professional degree graduate education has placed more emphasis on propessionalism,which is based on its academic nature,and whether it＇s successful or not,to a large extent depends on social adaptability. Ways to improve the applicability of society are as follows：first,recruitment should form a unique market position;second,the hierarchical structure of colleges should meet the multi-level market;third,a supervision mechanism of educational market should be established;forth,the professional and industry contacts and cooperation should be strengthened,fifth,training mode should be broken to meet the need of management personnel in the new era.
