摘 要:基于静态接触和动力学分析,研究了两种钢轨型面与LM踏面匹配时的重载轮轨关系行为。结果表明:75kg/m钢轨与LM型面匹配时的最大正压力、剪应力和等效应力均大于60kg/m钢轨的匹配结果;75kg/m钢轨匹配时轮轨接触点较集中,存在两次明显的轮轨接触点跳跃现象;75kg/m钢轨型面与LM匹配时的轮轨横向力、脱轨系数和轮轨冲角均大于60kg/m钢轨匹配的结果,而轮重减载率和轮轨垂向力无明显变化。综合分析认为60kg/m钢轨型面与LM踏面轮轨匹配关系更佳,建议对重载75kg/m钢轨型面进一步优化设计以获得最佳的轮轨匹配关系。Based on the static contact and dynamics analysis, it studies the heavy wheel/rail relationship behavior of two rail profile with LM tread match. The results showed that: maximum pressure, shear stress and equivalent stress of 75kg/m rail mat, ching LM tread are greater than matching results of 60kg/m rail; contuct point of 75kg/m rail matching of wheel rail is concentrated, and there are twice relatively large wheel-rail contact pointjump phenomenon; wheel rail lateral force, derailment coefficient and the attack angle of 75kg/m rail matching LM tread are higher than matching results of 60kg/m rail, while the rate of wheel load reduction and the wh, eel rail vertical farce do not change significantly. Accarding to all the numerical results, it is found that re, arching relationship of 60kg/m rail profile with LM tread is better, and the proposal of 75kg/m rail profile further optimizes the design to obtain the best matching relation between the wheel/rail.
