摘　　要：频发的恶性事件固然有很多层面上的原因,但医务工作者人文精神的缺失的确是一个非常重要的因素。在医学生从业定型之前,培育仰望星空、敬仰自然与生命的人文精神及在专业课程教学过程中融合医学史教育以提高医学生的人文精神素质至关重要,在人文精神素质培育中专业课程教师担负着重要的角色。Vicious medical-related incidents were caused by various factors.in which, the lack of humanistic spirit of medical students was a very important factor. In modern medical education, before the final selection of sub specialty of medical students,it is important to develop their humanistic spirit with regard to looking at the stars and revering nature and life and in corporate the medical history education in teaching so as to improve their quality of humanistic spirit, and to this end, the teach ers in charge of professional courses should take this important responsibility for humanistic education.
