摘  要:初中数学教师的教学反思水平直接关系到初中数学教师专业化的进程.通过调查研究,对河南省初中数学教师教学反思的现状进行了分析.为了提升初中数学教师的教学反思能力,建议加强初中数学教师教学反思的培训和指导,营造浓郁、宽松的初中数学教师教学反思校园氛围,建立县内学校间教师交流机制,密切高校相关专家与初中一线教师的联系.The level of teaching reflection of mathematics teacher in junior secondary schools relates to the progress of their professionalization directly. Based on investigation, the teaching reflection of mathematics teachers in junior secondary schools in Henan Province is analyzed. In order to enhance the level in teaching reflection of mathematics teacher in junior secondary schools, it is suggested to strengthen the training and mentoring, to create a rich and re- laxed campus atmosphere for teaching reflection, to set up the system for teacher communication in all junior high schools in a county, and to create the close contact on the experts in the colleges and mathematics teachers in junior secondary schools.
