摘  要:通过运用文献资料法、访谈法和SWOT分析法,研究分析得出花样跳绳形式多样、变化丰富,具有极强的健身、教育和娱乐价值,十分有利于在高校开展,但因其技术动作结构复杂、缺乏相适应的教学内容和评价体系制约着课程的设置发展.并且,大学生对花样跳绳的认知程度低、教师的专业知识不够全面扎实和相似课程的竞争关系,对课程的开展存在着一定的阻碍.因此,加强花样跳绳在大学校园里的宣传推广、编写专业的花样跳绳校本课程教材、加强师资力量的培训和引入花样跳绳竞赛机制是开设花样跳绳校本课程所亟须解决的问题.By the methods of literature review, interview and SWOT analytical method, the result showed that the form of freestyle rope-skipping is multiplicity and variety, which has stronger value for fitness, education and enter- tainment. It is propitious to develop in university. However, because it is complicated motions, lacking of corre- sponding teaching content and evaluating system, the curriculum is hard to setup and develop. And the undergradu- ate knows less about freestyle rope-skipping, teacher' s professional knowledge is not all-around good, the competi- tion between two similar curriculums are the obstacles for the development of freestyle rope-skipping curriculum. Therefore, reinforcing promotion in campus, writing professional teaching material, strengthening teachers educa- tion and bringing the competition of freestyle rope-skipping are important problems to be solved for setting up free- style rope-skipping school-based curriculum.
