摘  要:膳食纤维是人类"第七大营养素",与人类健康关系密切。近年来研究证实,膳食纤维的摄入与糖尿病的发病率和病死率呈负相关,且能控制糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白及脂类代谢紊乱。该文对膳食纤维的定义和分类、降血糖的作用及机制、膳食纤维的选择和适宜摄入量进行总结,为临床工作者提供参考,指导糖尿病患者合理饮食。Dietary fiber is considered as the seventh nutrient for humarl and is related to human health closely. Research over the past few years has confirmed that dietary fiber is negatively correlated with mortality risk and incidence of diabetes and which can control fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glyco- sylated hemoglobin and the disorder of blood lipid. Here is to make a summary of the definition and classifica- tion of dietary fiber, the effects and mechanisms of decreasing blood glucose, selection and adequate intake level of dietary fiber,in order to provide references for clinicians and guidance for diabetics with a reasonable diet.
