摘  要:目的:探讨重症医学教育在中西医结合专业中开展的可行性。方法:选择2012年3-6月参加两段式教学的中西医结合专业本科大四第二学期学生48名,随机分为实验组和对照组,对照组不开展重症医学教学,实验组开展重症医学教学。实验结束后对2组学生进行理论及情景模拟考试,并将2组学生的考试成绩进行比较。结果:2组学生考试成绩比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论:在中医院校的临床本科教育中开展重症医学教育有其必要性。Objective: To explore the feasibility of critical care medicine education launched in the major of integrative medicine. Methods: All 48 students who participated two stages teaching from March to June, 2012 in the major of integrative medicine were chosen, randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, The control group didn't join the teaching of critical care medicine and the experiment group participated the teaching. By the end of the trial, mock examination about the theory and situations were performed by the students in both groups and their scores were compared. Results: The difference was significant in the comparisons of examination scores between both groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Critical care medicine education should be prevalent in the edu- cation for clinical undergraduates at TCM colleges.
