聋哑学生体质评价与运动处方应用研究

摘　　要：通过对8~16岁共184名聋哑学生进行9项身体形态,身体机能,身体素质指标的体质测试。针对聋哑学生特点及存在问题制定运动处方,并进行实验干预,旨在为增进聋哑学生的体质健康水平提供量化指导方案。结果显示：（1）聋哑学生肺活量与普通学生有显著性差异,而在身体形态和身体素质上无统计学差异。（2）聋哑学生肺活量在运动处方干预前后得到明显提高。By physical fitness test of a total of 184 deaf students （8~16 years old）, including 9 indexes such as body shape, body function and physical quality, according to the characteristics and existing problems of deaf students, the exercise prescription is made, and the experimental intervention is carried out, to provide quantitative guidance scheme for improving physical health level of deaf students. Results showed that： （1） the lung capacities of the deaf students have significant difference with ordinary students, but the body shape and physical qualities of the deaf students have no statistical differences with ordinary students. （2） The lung capacities of the deaf students have been obviously improved after the exercise prescription intervention.
