摘 要:目的了解本科护生学习倦怠现状。方法对1092名护理专业大学生学习倦怠情况进行调查,采用SPSS15.0软件对数据进行t检验、F检验统计处理。结果学习倦怠314人,学习倦怠检出率为28.75%。其中,轻度学习倦怠165人占15.11%,中度学习倦怠79人占7.23%,重度学习倦怠70人占6.41%。情绪低落均分为(2.42±0.57)分,行为不当均分为(2.54±0.24)分,成就感低均分为(2.97±0.83)分,学习倦怠均分为(2.26±0.71)分。结论护生的学习倦怠在情绪低落、行为不当及成就感低维度受性别、民族、年级、生源地、家庭子女数的影响。Objective To understand the situation of undergraduate nursing students' learning burnout. Methods One thousand and ninety two undergraduate nursing students were included in this study of their learning burnout, and SPSS 15.0 was used for the T and F test of the data. Results There were 314 cases of learning burnout, accounting for 28. 75%, in which 165 (15. 11%) had mild learning burnout, 79 (7.23%) had moderate learning burnout and 70 (6.41%) had severe learning burnout. The average score of depression, improper behavior, low sense of accomplishment and learning burnout was respectively (2.42 ± 0.57), (2.54±0.24), (2.97 ±0. 83) and (2.26 ±0.71). Conclusions Learning burnout of nursing students in depression, miseonduct and low sense of accomplishment was influeneed by gender, race, grade, origin and number of children in the family.
