摘　　要：根据毛鱼油不同品质 ,选择采用化学精炼或物理精炼连续精炼工艺以及技术要点。鱼油的特殊脂肪酸组成 (富含EPA和DHA)及其应用前景。A Continuously refining process of chemical or physical refining and its technological factors will be chosen according to the qualities of the crude fish oil. because of its special composition (rich content of EPA and DHA), the fish oil will well be applied.
