摘 要:目的探讨360°反馈在肿瘤内科护士绩效考核中的应用与效果。方法采用自制360°考核量表对91名肿瘤内科护士分别从科室主任、护士长、同事、患者及家属的角度,按照岗位风险、工作质量、工作效率、工作态度、协作能力5个方面进行考核评价,采用主客观结合的赋权法,确定各指标的权重系数,将测评结果作为考核依据,重在反馈。结果实施360°反馈后护理质量合格率、护士和患者对护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.01),护理不良事件发生率降低(P<0.05)。结论在绩效考核管理中应用360°反馈法,能够帮助护士有效获得反馈信息,完善自我,提高护士满意度,深化优质服务的内涵。Objective To explore the application and effects of 360° feedback assessment in performance appraisal of oncology nurses. Methods A self- designed 360° feedback assessment scale was used in 91 oncology nurses to make the performance appraisal by department directors, head nurses, colleagues, patients and their families, and from five aspects of post risk, work quality, work efficiency, working attitude and collaboration ability. The weight coefficient of every indexes was determined using the weighting method combined subjective indicators with objective indicators. The assessment was based on evaluation results,and put more emphasis on feedback. Results After using 360° feedback assessment, the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction and nurses satisfaction were all signifi- cantly improved ( P 〈 0.01 ) ,the incidence of nursing adverse events was reduced( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Using 360° feedback assessment in appraisal management can help nurses get feedback effectively, help them improve themselves, improve nurse satisfaction, and deepen the connotation of quality service.
