数学创新型人才实验班培养模式探索与实践

摘　　要：文章以福州大学数学与计算机学院为例,以开办数学实验班为依托,针对数学人才培养过程中存在的问题,探讨数学创新型人才的培养。提出重构与人才培养模式相适应的新课程体系、管理体制、教学平台建设,优化专业课程体系,整合教学内容,体现专业特色。探究促进学生知识、能力、素质协调发展的措施和做法,为构建适合地方院校数学类专业特点的人才培养模式,形成高素质、强能力的育人机制做出有益探索。The paper takes College of Mathematics and Computer Science, Fuzhou University as an ex- ample, relies on opening mathematics experimental class, aims at the problems existing in mathematics talent training process, and explores the cultivation of mathematics creative talents. It puts forward to reconstruct new curriculum system, management system, and teaching platform suitable for the talent training mode, perfect professional curriculum system, integrate teaching content, and reflect the professional characteristics. And then explores the measures to promote the harmonious development of students＇knowledge, ability, and quali- ty, provide beneficial exploration for constructing talent training mode suitable for the characteristics of mathe- matics in local colleges, and forming the education mechanism with high quality and strong ability.
