摘 要:以民航与高速铁路竞争为背景,考虑不同交通工具的服务特性,建立广义费用函数,结合Logit模型,分析客票收入、客流分担率、票价之间的关系,进而在铁路公司收入最大化的基础上,建立浮动定价模型,用逐步逼近法确定客流高峰期与非高峰期收入最大时的票价。最后以京沪高速铁路北京—南京段为例,通过调查数据确定模型参数,计算出高速铁路在高峰期与非高峰期的票价浮动区间,实现浮动定价,为铁路公司制定票价提供参考。Taking the competition between civil aviation and high-speed railway as background, and considering the service characteristics of different traffic modes, the general cost function was established. This paper, combining with Logit model, analyzes the relationship among ticket income, distribution rate of passenger flow and ticket price, and then the floating pricing model was established based on income maximization of railway companies, and by using the successive approximation method, the ticket price under income maximization in passenger flow peak time and non-peak time was determined. In the end, taking Beijing-Nanjing section on Beijing-Shanghai high- speed railway as example, through determining the model parameter by the investigation data, the ticket price floating region of high-speed railways in peak time and non-peak time were calculated so as to realize floating pricing and provide reference for fixing price by railway companies.
