摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展，许多大学都建立了英语教学网站，如何评估网站功能，使之有效地服务于英语教学，是亟待解决的问题。运用模糊综合评估方法进行研究。首先，通过图形表明了英语教学网站应具备的功能，并建立了评估指标体系；其次，进行模糊评估准备，包括建立因素集、建立评估集、建立权重集；然后，构建模糊评估数学模型，包括单因素模糊评估、模糊综合评估、确定评估结果等步骤；最后，按评估步骤进行实例分析。研究内容综合考虑各种因素，客观地反映实际情况，评估结果准确、合理，简单可行。With the rapid development of information technology, many universities have established English teaching websites. It is a serious problem that how to assess the features and making it effectively serve the English teaching. This paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to research. First, it shows the function of English teaching website with graph, and establishes evaluation index system. Second, it prepares the fuzzy evaluation, including establishing factor set, evaluation set, weight set. Then, it constructs fuzzy evaluation math. model, including single factor fuzzy evaluation, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, determines evaluation results and other steps. Finally, it analyzes example according evaluation steps. This content considers a variety of factors, objectively reflects the actual situation, the evaluation results are accurate, reasonable, simple and workable.
