摘　　要：河北省民营企业主体代际传承的主要模式是"子承父业"。在分析民营企业主体代际传承状况的基础上,剖析了河北省民营企业主体代际传承过程存在的问题及影响因素,有针对性地建议政府制定相关的引导政策。The main mode of inheritance of private enterprises in Hebei province is ＂to follow in his footsteps＂. Based on the analysis of the succession of private enterprise＇s main body, this paper analyzes the problems and the influencing factors of the main succession process of private enterprises in Hebei Province, presenting the government in formulating relevant policy suggestions.
