摘 要:2012年9月根据学院安排,笔者担任了市场营销和财务管理专业共计35名同学的新生导师。通过这一年多的工作,笔者深感新生导师工作具有十分重要的意义,但同时笔者也发现了我院在新生导师制度设计及执行上尚有许多不足之处。本文通过对学生导师制度的起源的介绍,以亲身经历找出我院新生导师制度的不足,并针对性地提出了完善意见,以期能让导师制度在科院充分发挥作用。In September 2012, in accordance with college ar-rangement, the writer took the post of a freshman tutor for totally 35 students majoring in marketing and financial management. Through more than a year of work, the writer deeply understood the great significance of freshman tutors' work, but the writer also found many shortcomings in the design and implementation of freshman tutorial system in our college. Through introducing the origin of student tutorial system, this paper found the shortcom-ings of freshman tutorial system in our college based on practical experience, and proposed improvement suggestions, hoping to give full play to the role of the tutorial system in our college.
