摘　　要：本文以"卓越计划"和"实践育人"为背景,结合东北石油大学自身办学特色,从课程设计、实习实训以及毕业设计等教学环节进行了一系列探索和实践;实践结果表明该方案能够全面提高人才培养质量。Based on the ＂Excellent Plan＂ and the ＂Practical Education＂, the article combines the characteristics of Northeast Petroleum University. The article has carried on the exploration and practice about the course design, practice and graduation design teaching. The practice results show that the proposed scheme can improve the quality of talent cultivation comprehensively.
