摘　　要：开发性学习和探索性学习是组织生存和繁荣的重要手段,组织需要平衡两者以兼顾当前以及未来的竞争地位.已有研究多关注单一组织内部双元性学习的平衡问题,但在全球经济日益网络化的今天,网络日益成为组织重要的外部环境,并对组织学习产生重要影响.本文从产学研合作的网络视角出发,分析企业方和学研方同时分别追求开发性和探索性学习的可能性,并依据技术创新路径探究开发性学习和探索性学习在产学研系统中平衡的实现途径.本研究拓展了已有双元性学习平衡的分析层面,同时也为产学研各方的学习提供了启示.Exploitive learning and explorative learning are important means to the survival and prosperity of the organization, and organizations need to balance them to get current and future competitive advantages. Many studies focused on the balance problem in a single organization, but today internet has increasingly become an important external envi- ronment, having an important impact on organizational learning. It analysed the possibility and the mechanism of the balance between exploitive learning and explorative learning in industry-university-research collaboration. It extends the existing research levels, and provides enlightenment for the learning mechanism in industry-university-research collabo- ration.
