摘　　要：为了快速高通量测定马铃薯淀粉中直链淀粉含量,缩短品质检测时间,进而加速育种进程,使用InfraXact Lab型近红外光谱分析仪测定马铃薯淀粉的近红外光谱值,并用常规化学分析方法测定样品淀粉中直链淀粉含量,将两者拟合建立定标模型。结果表明:直链淀粉含量定标方程的SECV值为1.415,而1-VR值为0.822,直链淀粉含量的验证参数SEP(C)值为0.406,RSQ值为0.836,证明定标的预测能力较好,可以用来进行马铃薯育种材料直链淀粉含量的粗略测定。In this study, combining near-infrared spectrum with conventional chemical analysis, a NIRS model for quick and high-throughput determination of potato amylose content was established. The data shows that standard er- ror of cross-validation （SECV）, cross-validation correlation coefficient （1-VR）, standard error of calibration （ SEC ）, and egression squared （ RSQ ） are 1.415,0. 822,0. 406, and 0. 836, respectively. It was proved that predic- tive power of calibration equation was much higher to determine the amylose content of breeding materials and ac- celerate the breeding process in potato.
