主动，行动研究之魂——对行动研究本质的思考

摘　　要：目前，行动研究在我国得到十分广泛的应用，但在现实中却存在很多令人生疑的“行动研究”，这不由得让人追问：“怎样的研究才是真正的行动研究？”回顾国内外学者对于行动研究特点的总结，从中汲取前行的力量。我们认为：行动研究的特点，只是行动研究得以成立的必要而非充分条件；实践工作者成为研究的真正主体，才是行动研究的本质之所在；而实践者研究主体地位获取的关键，是他们必须具备对研究积极主动的精神。因此，主动，是行动研究的灵魂。Nowadays, action research used widely in our country, but most suspected＇ action research＇ existed in real life. We have to ask what＇ s the real action research. Through reviewing and summarizing the character of action research what domestic and overseas scholar done, draw preceding strength, we draw following conclusion. The character of actionresearch is only necessary but not full condition to action research, the essential of action research is practice worker become the real subject of re- search, the key of practice worker get to research subject is they must have active spirit to research, so active is the soul of actionr- esearch.
