校企合作提升农业高职学生就业竞争力的建议

摘　　要：提升农业高职学生就业竞争力,是畅通农业高职学生职业之路的关键,是破解农业企业亟需上岗就好用的高技术技能型人才这一难题的必然要求。介绍了通过校企人才理念结合、校企资源整合、校企文化融合,提升农业高职学生就业竞争力的做法。It is the key to improve the employment competence of agricultural vocational students for the unbloeked career path of agricultural vocational students, and it is the inevitable requirement to crack the problem for those skilled talents who are suitable for agricultural enterprises need jobs when they are Just on the job.The paper introduced that the method to improve the employment competence of agricultural vocational students, by combining with talent concept between colleges-enterprise, integrating the resources bet ween colleges-enterprise, and mixing together the cultures between colleges-enterprise.
