摘　　要：重视青年教师的专业能力培养,对于提升民族地区本科院校内涵建设水平意义重大。当前,这类院校的不少青年教师在成长成才过程中正面临着很多困境,学校管理方面,体制机制不够完善是其中的主要原因之一。立足长远发展,应从多方面谋划和思考青年教师专业能力发展的有效路径。Emphasize the training of young teacher＇s professional ability is very important to strengthen the connotation construction of universities in ethnic minority regions. Now , many young teachers of these college is facing a lot of difficulties in the growth process, one of the main reason is the schcol management system and mechanism is not perfect. Based on long-term development, we ought to planning and thinking of various ef- fective methods to enhance young teachers＇ professional ability develot^ment.
