免费师范生在职教育硕士多元立体学习模式的探索

摘　　要：免费师范生本科后结合本职工作攻读教育硕士具有国家政策扶持、培养规模加大、入学方式特殊、培养模式独特等特点。新型教育硕士学习具有学员需求多样化、学习时间分散性、学习资源不确定性等特点。在此基础上提出了基于个人自主的学习模式、基于学习共同体的学习模式、基于远程指导的学习模式等多元立体的学习模式,希望有助于探索出一套培养教育硕士学习能力的基本途径。Our government has issued some preferential policies to make it possible for more in- service free normal graduates to earn a master＇s degree of education. Moreover, the admission system and training plan for these postgraduates are quite different from the others＇. These new-typed post- graduates have some unique characteristics in learning： varied needs of knowledge, scattered learning time, flexible learning resources, etc. Based on the above phenomena, this thesis puts forward auton- omy-based learning mode, mutual assistance learning mode, distance instruction learning mode, and some other diversified and stereoscopic learning modes, with the purpose of promoting the exploration of a basic way to improve the learning ability of masters of education.
