以中外合作办学促进地方师范大学师范教育发展的问题与反思——基于海南师范大学的实践

摘　　要：地方院校的中外合作办学工作迅速发展,将成为未来一段时间我国高等师范教育转型与发展的重要推力。然而,以海南师范大学为代表的地方院校在推进中外合作办学的过程中仍然存在师资队伍结构不合理和学生学习自主性不强等亟须改进的问题。破解这些问题的关键在于合理协调中方和外方教师的结构、加强教学过程管理、转变教学策略从而提高学生学习英语的积极性和自信心。The rapid development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in local universities will become an important thrust for the transformation and development of China’s higher normal education . However , during the process of promoting Sino-foreign cooperative education , there are some problems to be solved like irrational structure of teaching team and students’ poor learning autonomy in local colleges such as Hainan Normal University . To solve the problems , we should optimize Chinese and foreign teaching staff structure , strengthen the teaching process management , and change teaching strategies to improve students＆#39;motivation and confidence in learning English .
