民国时期大学教师准入制度的演变及启示

摘　　要：大学教师准入制度是对教师进入高校标准、程序等进行规定的制度,其建立和实施对于提高大学教师素质,推动大学发展具有重要意义。民国时期的大学教师准入制度准入对象、准入条件、准入等级、准入程序等教师准入制度进行了不断的修订和完善。这对当下我国大学教师准入制度的完善以及配套检定、进修制度的建立等有一定的启示和借鉴意义。University teachers＆#39; admission system is the system that regulates the standards , procedures for teachers’recruitment into universities , and its establishment and implementation are good for improving university teachers＆#39;quality , and promoting the development of university . During the period of the Republic of China , university teachers＆#39;admission system is constantly revised and improved to access candidates , conditions , levels and procedures , w hich offers some enlightenment and reference for the improvement of current university teachers＆#39; admission system and its matched verification as well as the establishment of further study system for university teachers .
