摘  要:依据体重、泌乳天数、产奶量、胎次相似的原则,选择80头泌乳中期(产后148d)的经产荷斯坦牛,进行随机配对,分成4组,分别为对照组、处理组Ⅰ、处理组Ⅱ、处理组Ⅲ。各处理组分别补充不同水平的茶叶提取物,研究不同茶叶提取物对泌乳中期奶牛的产奶性能及血液抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,在泌乳中期添加绿茶提取物,可以改善奶牛的生产性能和机体的抗氧化能力,有效保护乳腺细胞,促进动物健康,绿茶提取物的添加量应当在20g/头·d为宜。在产奶量和乳品质方面,与对照组相比,处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ的产奶量随着茶叶提取添加量的增加而增加,高于对照组0.98kg/头·d(P<0.05)和1.21kg/头·d(P<0.05),但处理Ⅲ组的产奶量虽然比对照组高,但有下降的趋势,为0.85kg/头·d(P<0.05)各组间乳脂率和乳蛋白率均无显著变化(P>0.05);处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的体细胞数均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在血液抗氧化指标方面,与对照组相比,各处理组GSH-Px含量均呈上升趋势,SOD均呈下降趋势,但差异不显著处理组Ⅰ和处理组Ⅱ的MDA含量有所下降,处理组Ⅲ的MDA含量略有升高,但同对照组相比差异均不显著。Eighty Holstein dairy cows (148 days post-parmm) in the middle lactating period were used in this study. Animals were randomly divided into four groups which have similar weight, lactation time, average daily milk production and parities. They are control, treatment Ⅰ (a basal diet with 15g/(cowod) tea extract), treatment Ⅱ (a basal diet with 20g/ (cow.d) tea extract), treatment Ⅲ (a basal diet with 25g/(cow.d) tea extract). The subject of this experiment was to studiy the effect of different tea extract on milk performance and blood antioxidant index in dairy cows. The results showed that feeding with tea exact on the lactation could improve milk performance and the antioxidant ability of cow, and protect the mammary cell and cow health. The proper supplement should be 20g/(cow^d).The milk yield showed an ascendant tendency in treatment Ⅰ and Ⅱ, 0.98 kg/(cowod) and 1.21kg/(cowod) higher than the control group(P〈0.05), but the milk yield of treatment Ⅲwas declined than treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and 0.85kg/(cow^d)higher than that of control(P〈0.05). The milk protein and milk fat percentages had no significant effect between different groups. The SCC (somatic cell count) showed a significant decline tendency in treatments than that of control. In the aspect of blood antioxidant index, the levels of GSH-Px in treatments were slightly higher and the levels of SOD in treatments were slightly higher, than those of control (P〉0.05). The levels of MDA of treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ were lower and the lever of MDA of treatment Ⅲwas higher than that of control, but there is no significant difference between them.
