摘　　要：随着国内研究生招生规模的扩大,人们也为频发的学术不端事件深感忧虑。为保证研究生培养质量,应采取有效措施防治研究生学术不端行为。学术自律固然重要,但光靠自律不能解决问题;防范学术腐败他律比自律更重要,但他律须经由自律奏效;宜将他律制度规范化、常态化,自律、他律与惩处相结合,方能取得实效。With the expanded enrollment of postgraduate students, the frequent occurrences of academ- ic misconducts arouse much concern. Effective measures must be taken to prevent and harness this kind of behaviors. Mere academic self-discipline cannot solve the problem although it is important. In preventing academic corruption heteronomy is more effective than self-discipline, with the former functioning via the latter. Thus it is proposed that heteronomy be institutionalized and regularized and that self-discipline, heteronomy and punishment be coordinated to achieve sound effect.
