摘　　要：对氯苯乙腈与 1,3-二溴丙烷反应得到 1-对氯苯基环丁腈 ,然后经格氏反应后直接还原 ,再经 N ,N -二甲基化即可得西布曲明游离碱 ,成盐后即得盐酸西布曲明 ,总收率为 5 1.9%。Chlorophenylacetonitrile reacted with 1,3 dibromopropane giving 1 (4 chlorophenyl) cyclobutanecarbonitrile, which underwent tandem Grignard reduction and N,N dimethylation giving the free base of sibutramine followed by salt formation to afford sibutramine hydrochloride in 51.9% overall yield.
