摘　　要：设A是可分的交换C 代数 ,A 是其对偶 ,证明了A =Ω的复线性W 闭张 。Let A be a commutative and separable C\+* algebra, and A\+* be its dual space, then A\+* coincids with the complex limear W\+* closed extension of Ω which is the spectral space of A .
