基于高技能人才培养的高职院校文化建设探析

摘　　要：文化的价值在于满足人的全面发展,高职院校的文化建设也应以服务于高技能人才培养为中心,这也是高职院校文化建设的方向和特质所在。发展历史较短的高职院校文化建设方面缺少历史传统,也少有基于自身特色的创新性探索,过多地依赖模仿与借鉴,导致文化建设始终难见成效。高职院校的文化建设应立足于高技能人才培养,对文化建设进行顶层设计,以长效机制建设来推进文化的健康发展,以主题活动来彰显文化育人的特色。The value of culture is to meet the comprehensive development of people. The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges should also concentrate on serving the cultivation of high-skilled talents, which is definitely the direction and character of constructing the culture of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges have comparatively short history thus lack campus culture construction history and tradition. And there are very little innovative exploration based on its own features. Depending too much on imitation and learning results in its difficulty to achieve something. Constructing the culture of higher vocational colleges should be based on cultivating high-skilled talents. Top-level design should be conducted in cultural construction to let it form a system whose long-term mechanism will promote tile healthy development of campus culture. Themed events could be applied to highlight the characteristics of cultural education.
