摘  要:学分银行是构建终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要措施和有效抓手,能够为搭建终身学习"立交桥"提供重要支持。加快学分银行建设是广播电视大学向开放大学战略转型的重要举措之一。江苏省终身教育学分银行在学员注册、组织架构、学分管理、学分转换方面进行了一定的探索、试行与实践,也遇到了发展中的问题。制定标准,开发平台是推进省域学分银行建设的工作重点。The Bank of Academic Credits (BAC) is an important measure and effective method in the process of constructing lifelong learning system and learning society. It can provide important support for building a lifelong learning overpass. To speed BAC construction is one of the important actions for Radio and TV University strategically transferring into Open University. The Branch BAC of Jiangsu lifelong learning has done some researches, trials and practices on learners register, system organization, academic credits management and academic credits transfer, and has met problems in the development as well. Establishing norms and developing platforms are the focuses of promoting the provincial BAC construction.
