摘　　要：通过JB-4C精密粗糙度测量仪对经一年使用后的实验室新引进量块的工作表面进行了粗糙度测量。通过实验数据分析得出量块工作表面的使用情况,进而判断量块工作面是否受损,能否继续使用,为量块的维护和修理做出预判。A new laboratory gauge block working surface, after being used for one year, is measured by JB 4C roughness meter. The condition of the surface of the gauge block is analyzed by experimental data to determine whether block gauge is damaged or whether it can be further used. The analysis can help predict possible maintenance and repair of the gauge block.
