批判性思维培养:对传统大学教学范式的反思与建构

摘　　要：大学生批判性思维的孱弱以及由此带来的创新精神贫乏一直是困扰大学教育的痼疾。传统教学中存在的以知识灌输作为教学目标、垂直宰制型的师生关系、方法论缺失的课程设置、流水线模式的培养过程等问题,是受到原有教育理念、文化传统和高等教育规模扩张等因素的影响,压制了学生批判性思维的生成。因此,必须从能力为导向的教学理念、批判性思维课程的设置、批判型教师队伍的建设三个方面对传统大学教学范式予以重构。The weakness of undergraduates＇ critical thinking,which causes the poverty of innovative spirit,has being been the dead hand of university education.The formation of traditional teaching mode has been deeply influenced by the education concept,traditional culture and the expansion of the higher education,by which the generation of critical thinking is suppressed.Therefore,traditional teaching paradigms must be reconstructed from three aspects,including philosophy of education,courses and teaching faculties.
